Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual client needs, considering factors such as mental health diagnoses, substance use history, and personal goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions to provide support and education regarding coping strategies, relapse prevention, and recovery skills in a manner that respects the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. This may involve utilizing evidence-based practices and client feedback to refine interventions.

• Deliver crisis intervention services efficiently, assisting clients in high-stress situations to de-escalate and guide them towards constructive solutions.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment services, following HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality while enabling continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
