Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and substance use issues in clients entering the detox program.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that promote peer support and psychoeducation focused on addiction and recovery.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments to identify potential harm and creating safety plans in collaboration with clients.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in navigating healthcare systems and accessing necessary community support services.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
