Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions and specific needs, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring each plan resonates with clients' unique circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions via telehealth, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with the client to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic mental health care to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bournewood Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience, plus a potential sign-on bonus.
