Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, including the use of functional assessments and movement analysis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, setting measurable and achievable goals aligned with best practices.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education, employing evidence-based techniques for optimal rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery plans, injury prevention strategies, and self-care techniques to enhance understanding and engagement in their treatment process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress in our user-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation and optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest clinical techniques and advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and in-house training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
