Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial interviews and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use issues, establishing a solid foundation for their treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Services, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in psychotherapy, preferably within the field of substance abuse or mental health.
