Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial intakes and assessments, evaluating patients’ psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs through thoughtful interviews and observational techniques.

• Formulate tailored treatment plans that reflect current best practices and address specific therapeutic goals, adjusting them as needed based on patient progress.

• Deliver effective therapy sessions, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, and ongoing therapy for individuals and families, particularly focusing on those experiencing mild to moderate mental health conditions.

• Perform phone triage assessments and facilitate appropriate referrals to specialized services for clients with severe mental health issues, ensuring continuity of care.

• Engage in team discussions and clinical supervision to collaborate on patient care strategies, including participation in safety programs and emergency response preparations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, adhering to professional and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
