Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $24/hr - $28/hr (depending on experience)

Location: Kettering, Ohio 45440

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, or an equivalent administrative role. Payroll experience is a big plus!

HR Specialist - What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

• Payroll & Attendance: Securely process weekly payroll and ensure precise tracking of time and attendance records within ADP.
  
• Benefits & Adjustments: Handle the essential administration of PTO, deductions, garnishments, payroll adjustments, and employee reimbursements.
  
• Associate Support: Serve as the go-to resource to confidently answer associate questions regarding payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and general HR processes.
  
• Administrative Excellence: Provide seamless administrative support for employee onboarding, accurate record-keeping, compliance reporting, and internal audits.
  
• Culture & Engagement: Coordinate vital employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives. This includes planning company events, service awards, employee appreciation activities, and handling internal communications.

HR Specialist - What You Bring (Qualifications):

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, or an equivalent administrative role.
  
• System Knowledge: Practical hands-on experience working with payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS systems (direct experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred).
  
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  
• Technical Skills: High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Core Traits: Exceptional reliability, top-tier attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
