Role Description The SENIOR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER HYBRID position is a full-time, HYBRID role based in Winter Park/Orlando. 3 DAYS IN OFFICE 2 DAYS REMOTE

SALARY & BENEFITS $90,000+

Generous Holiday Schedule Employer Paid Health Insurance Long Term Disability 401K 37.5 hour week - Hours 7:30- 4:00 EXPECTATIONS OVERVIEW Manage a $6+ Mil Premium book of commercial insurance accounts Request policy renewals from current carriers Handle coverage changes and day-to-day service requests Provide responsive customer service Preparing quote comparisons and proposals for renewal Resolve billing and claims questions Maintains excellent and accurate account documentation Follow agency procedures and compliance standards QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Must have ALL of these) Minimum 8 prior experience in a commercial insurance agency Must work Efficiently and have Attention to Detail.
