Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and strategic interventions based on clinical evidence.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure client protection and stability.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at fostering client engagement and collective healing.
