Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions for a diverse range of clients, adapting techniques to fit their unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while effectively utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will work with a varied client demographic that may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Midwest Community Mental Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
