The Department ofNeurology is seekingboard-certified orboard-eligible neurologistswithan interest inthe full breadthand depth ofinpatient neurology tojoin our expandingNeurohospitalist Program,which currently providescoverage across tenhospitals in theAtlanta area. Bothacademic and community-based positions areavailablewithinour growing team. Academic rank willbe commensurate withthe candidate's experienceandtraining. Emory UniversityHospitals serve asthe primary academicteaching hospitals inthe greater Atlantaarea and area major referralcenter forthe Southeast, whilealso providing comprehensiveneurologic care topatients throughout theregion. These positions offer the opportunity to manage a wide range of complex inpatient neurologic cases, including a high volume of stroke patients, while benefiting from reasonable work hours, a highly supportive team, and competitive compensation. Faculty also have abundant opportunities to teach residents and medical students, as well as participate in clinical effectiveness research across the Emory Healthcare system NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location.
