Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients who have been pre-screened for suitability to ensure a focused therapeutic experience.

• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, utilizing therapeutic modalities that promote healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Stay informed on best practices in mental health therapy, attending regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills.

• Provide consultation and support to clients dealing with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve through Good Living Therapy primarily include individuals experiencing mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationship issues. Our client base is diverse, reflecting various age groups and backgrounds in Smyrna and surrounding areas. You will be equipped to provide culturally competent care, addressing the specific needs and experiences of each client to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Tennessee license (such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory to practice legally in the state.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing virtual therapy, preferably through a telehealth platform, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
