Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for all new patients to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Manage the ongoing treatment of patients by addressing their psychiatric, psychosocial, and behavioral health challenges throughout their recovery journey.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based approaches to facilitate discussions, coping strategies, and skill-building exercises.

• Coordinate care with external behavioral health facilities, when necessary, to ensure a seamless treatment experience for patients requiring additional services.

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with substance use disorders, particularly those impacted by the opioid crisis. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
