Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for new patients to determine their specific needs and treatment goals.

• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans addressing the psychiatric, psychosocial, and physical health aspects of patients’ conditions throughout their recovery journey.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to foster patient engagement and empowerment.

• Collaborate with external behavioral health facilities to coordinate care when specialized services are required, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.

You will be working with a diverse population of individuals experiencing substance use disorders, alongside co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• An active, fully licensed LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
