Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating pre-crisis and crisis protocols, behavioral guidelines, and medication plans.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation, strictly adhering to regulatory standards to maintain compliance.

• Utilize evidence-based screening and assessment tools as designated by the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans, enhancing outcomes for clients.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold organizational standards.
\n
• Act as a critical liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client care.

• Foster open communication channels amongst team members to align efforts with the mission of the organization while meeting contract standards.

• Engage with local and federal agencies to promote and expand program visibility and secure potential partnerships.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through attendance at conferences, training sessions, and participation in state and local committees related to your expertise.

• Promote and integrate the agency’s core values and philosophies into all facets of client interactions.

• Perform other duties as directed by the Clinic Director, contributing to a dynamic team environment focused on innovation in mental health care.
