Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and closely monitor client progress to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Offer flexibility through teletherapy options, meeting clients where they are most comfortable.

• Maintain thorough documentation in line with ethical guidelines, ensuring accurate records of sessions and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, experiencing a range of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to counseling.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
