Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive mental health assessments to identify unique patient needs and create tailored treatment plans that address those needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective treatments to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to help patients address shared mental health issues while promoting a sense of community.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to patient care, enhancing the overall treatment experience.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance to those in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to foster understanding and encourage participation in their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. Our patients come from varied backgrounds and age groups, allowing you to engage with a rich tapestry of experiences and challenges. This role is critical in helping patients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve meaningful, positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches and therapeutic techniques.

• Proven ability to conduct mental health assessments and formulate actionable treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
