Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Offer educational resources and counseling to patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatments, and community services.

• Maintain diligent and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a broad clientele, including ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrant populations—groups often underserved in conventional mental health settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Virginia, with current, valid credentials.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based interventions.

• Prior experience facilitating both individual and group therapy in culturally responsive settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
