Marketing Manager

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for active and future developments. Coordinate with leadership, sales teams, PR partners, and agencies to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives. Assist in developing project positioning, messaging, and campaign recommendations. Produce light graphic design work including invitations, presentations, social media assets, and marketing mockups. Coordinate photography, videography, renderings, and creative production with external vendors. Brand Assets & Collateral Create, manage, and distribute marketing materials including e-blasts, brochures, presentations, sales kits, signage, and digital assets. Brief designers and creative partners while ensuring brand consistency across all channels and projects. Digital Marketing & Advertising Manage website updates, landing pages, CRM campaigns, and digital content. Coordinate social media initiatives with external agencies and content creators. Assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of digital and print advertising campaigns. Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reporting with key insights and recommendations. Events & Activations Support project launches, broker events, grand openings, community activations, and sales gallery experiences. Coordinate marketing materials, invitations, RSVP management, guest communications, and event logistics. Assist with post-event reporting and follow-up communications. Project Coordination & Reporting Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, timelines, and project management systems. Coordinate approvals and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Prepare presentations, reports and marketing updates for leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in real estate development, hospitality, or related industry. Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (GoogleAds, Meta Ads Manager, CRM, CMS). Basic graphic design abilities (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
