AP/Accounting Analyst

We are partnering with a client looking to grow their dynamic accounting team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting/AP duties. In this role you will support the accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses, as well as updating the accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

1. Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
2. Perform administrative support functions, assist with GL
3. Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
4. Handle monthly and quarterly reports
5. Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
2. 1-3 years' of experience working in Accounting
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Highly detail-oriented
