Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of their own home while remaining connected with our supportive team via video conferencing, phone calls, and professional forums. With designated working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, therapists may have some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of their clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Create personalized treatment plans guided by the latest evidence-based practices, ensuring relevance to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational sessions, providing clients with a sense of community and shared experience.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating sensitive and immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about mental health issues, treatment options, and available support resources within the community.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
