Muscular Movement Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite, where you will provide care directly in patients' homes, ensuring a comfortable and familiar environment for recovery. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible setting that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish patient objectives and treatment requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual's needs.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, which allows for focused and attentive care.
• Utilize your experience in orthopedic outpatient settings to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Administer a range of therapies designed to enhance patients' range of motion and mobility, all while minimizing the need for medication.
• Create holistic treatment plans that incorporate non-invasive techniques, while empowering patients with knowledge about their conditions.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs, considering each patient's specific health goals and lifestyles.
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to patients, fostering a positive environment for rehabilitation and recovery.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately using EMR software like WebPT, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their physical goals through targeted interventions. Your ability to adapt treatments based on individual circumstances will greatly enhance their recovery experience and overall health.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• Experience in home health care environments is a desirable asset.

Compensation and Benefits
