Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and goals, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to provide holistic care and support for clients.

• Maintain comprehensive records of client assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and consultation to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure high-quality care for clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Pathways, you will support a diverse client population including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• Current LMFT licensure in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Pathways Psychological Services offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and productivity.
