Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Assessing clients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans that promote effective coping strategies across diverse life situations.

• Specializing in complex family dynamics, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.

• Physical and psychological abuse.

• Grief and loss concerns.

• Conflict resolution among family members.

• Adjustments related to separation, divorce, and blended family transitions.

• Job-related stress and other mental health challenges.

• Regularly documenting client progress and updating treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to each client's care.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Family Unity Counseling serves a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents. As a therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate challenges that range from interpersonal conflicts to severe mental health issues. Your work will support individuals in creating healthier relationships, fostering improved communication skills, and facilitating positive adjustments in various family structures. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A flexible schedule, availability to handle 30 or more client hours per week, and a dedication to continuous professional development are also preferred.
