Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals recovering from addiction and mental health challenges? We are seeking an experienced LCSW to join a supportive outpatient behavioral health team in Madison, Tennessee.

This faith-based outpatient addiction and detox facility provides a variety of recovery-focused services, including:

• Outpatient Detox
• Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Standard Outpatient Therapy

The team begins each day with a brief group prayer, so candidates should be comfortable working in a faith-based environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups within OP, IOP, and PHP programs
• Complete clinical documentation in Behave Health EMR
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical leadership, and case management staff
• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches including:
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Trauma-Informed Care

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Office hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Providers should arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM
• Opportunity to leave at 4:00 PM if all documentation is completed, though most staff remain until 5:00 PM

Requirements

? Active Tennessee LCSW License

? Master's Degree in:

• Social Work
• Counseling
• Marriage & Family Therapy
• Psychology
• Or a related behavioral health field

? Minimum 1 year of addiction counseling or mental health experience

? Current CPR certification (if applicable)

? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
