Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy sessions tailored to clients’ unique needs, employing evidence-based practices to achieve therapeutic goals.

• Utilize psychological assessments and diagnostic tools to accurately assess clients’ mental health status and identify appropriate interventions.

• Collaboratively create and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients’ specific concerns, preferences, and goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, including evaluating suicidal ideation and facilitating hospitalizations when required.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care and address clients’ holistic needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all client interactions in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational protocols.

• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and enhance service delivery through active participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
