Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, medication management, and behavioral guidelines.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans and enhance client engagement.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

• Design and maintain collaborative communication with state agencies, community partners, and service systems to advocate for clients and secure resources.

• Foster community relationships to enhance program visibility and identify potential funding sources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings to remain current in the field.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support departmental needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will work closely with clients who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other emotional challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n
