You Are

Management Consulting professionals will be part of the leading Strategy & Consulting practice in the Automotive sector and will possess one or multiple of the following areas of expertise – Sales, Dealer Management, Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Mobility Services, Captive Finance, Data/AI -- to play a pivotal role in addressing industry requirements. This experience will enable you to provide strategic advice, implement solutions, and optimize business processes for clients in the Automotive sector.

Management Consulting professionals should be able to:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry fundamentals and leading functional practices.

• Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach.

• Translate recommendations into actionable roadmaps and program plans.

• Possess a bias for action and a sense of urgency while maintaining a process-oriented approach and sound business judgment.

• Establish strong credibility and cultivate relationships with senior client leaders through thought leadership, exceptional delivery, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork.

Here's What You Need:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Consulting in the Automotive sector to include but not limited to: Sales, Dealer Management, Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Mobility Services, Captive Finance, Data/AI.

• Bachelor's degree.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving to define client challenges and develop actionable recommendations.

• Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to develop insights grounded in automotive industry data.

• Build clear, compelling deliverables, including executive presentations, process maps, business cases, and roadmaps.

• Contribute actively to workstreams within larger engagements, managing your own tasks and timelines with minimal supervision.

• Build trusted relationships with day-to-day client counterparts through consistent delivery and clear communication.

• Support business development activities including proposal development, market analyses, and pursuit materials.

• Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people, process and technology.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and sound business judgment

• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving situations

• Ability to resolve issues and manage risk proactively

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with OEM clients, Tier 1/2 suppliers, or automotive technology companies

• Project management in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
