Our client designs and manufactures lightweight, high-performance parts for the automotive, marine, and medical industries including manifolds, valve covers, oil pans, fuel modules and accessories.What's in it for you?Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Composite Molding Technician Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 17.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 05:30pm)As a Carbon Composite Technician, This role is crucial for the production of high-quality composite components, working under close supervision to perform essential layup, trimming, and preparation tasks.Work Schedule:Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4x10-hour shifts)Responsibilities:Perform basic layup of composite materials according to specifications and work instructions.Accurately cut, trim, and shape composite materials using various hand tools.Prepare composite parts for further processing, including debulking and bagging procedures.Operate and maintain basic hand tools and equipment used in composite manufacturing.Inspect materials and work in progress for quality and adherence to standards.Composite Molding Technician Qualifications:Required Qualifications:Prior experience in assembly or mechanical roles.Familiarity with composite materials or manufacturing processes.Demonstrated ability to perform basic layup, trimming, and preparation tasks.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to stand for extended periods, up to a 10-hour shift.Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, potentially repetitively.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
