Administrative Assistant
Location : Tiffin, OH
Pay : $21/hour
Schedule : Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5PM

Responsibilities : 

• Main responsibility will be handling filing for the office, organizing and maintaining records
• Answer phones, and greet tenets in a professional manner
• Compose and type all correspondence and documents
• Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and vendors

Requirements :

• 1+ year of Administrative Assistant experience in residential setting
• Experience with RealPage or similar software is a plus
• HUD experience is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
