Work Environment\n

This remote role leverages telehealth technology, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients in a secure online environment. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client appointments. We ensure our therapists have access to the necessary tools and resources to provide effective care in a digital setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough and culturally competent mental health assessments to gather insights into client histories and experiences, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to meet the diverse needs of individual clients.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering resilience, coping mechanisms, and overall mental health wellness.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care and continuity of services.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, employing your expertise to stabilize and support clients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective treatment strategies, and available community resources to empower them in their journey to mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of therapy sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
