Strategic B2B Growth Executive - Melbourne (Hybrid)

Location: Melbourne, VIC Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive Base + Lucrative Commission + Benefits Flexibility: Hybrid work environment About the Role As a Business Development Executive, you’ll operate at a strategic level within our sales organization, identifying and converting high-value opportunities across key business segments. You’ll be responsible for shaping pipeline strategy, driving complex deal cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally to influence product and go-to-market initiatives. Your mission is to lead commercial conversations with larger, more sophisticated customers—bringing a challenger mindset, refined sales acumen, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and convert mid-to-large business opportunities through structured outbound engagement Own pipeline strategy and prioritization across industry verticals Lead complex deal negotiations and close high-value, multi-product solutions Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to influence outbound campaigns and customer messaging Represent the voice of the customer across internal teams, contributing to product and process improvements Use data to improve sales velocity, shape territory strategy, and identify key commercial levers Share thought leadership across the team, coaching Senior Sales Executives and mentoring rising talent Track performance rigorously via CRM, ensuring pipeline health and forecasting accuracy What We’re Looking For Essential 4+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, ideally with exposure to solution selling or consultative approaches Proven experience closing high-value and/or multi-product deals Excellent commercial judgement and business case development skills Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred), plus experience using outreach or cadence tools Preferred Experience in fleet, payments, or financial services Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN Exposure to strategic account planning and/or vertical segmentation Leadership ambitions with a track record of mentoring others Why You’ll Thrive at Corpay Uncapped Earning Potential – Big deals, big rewards Elite Incentives – Win luxury travel, premium experiences, and exclusive perks Fast-Track Career Progression – Pathway into leadership for top performers Tools for Success – Access to advanced sales enablement platforms and learning resources Wellbeing First – Hybrid work, wellness perks, and strong team culture You Are A strategic thinker with a hunger to close and the polish to influence Experienced in longer, more complex sales cycles and pipeline ownership Looking for a role where your commercial insight shapes team strategy, not just your own quota Ready to step into a role with leadership exposure and long-term career growth Required Skills Consultative Sales CRM Salesforce Solution Selling Required Languages English Equal Opportunity Employer Corpay is dedicated to encouraging a supportive and inclusive culture among our employees.
