Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate crisis intervention and behavior modification strategies.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as part of the initial assessment process to gauge client needs effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
\n
• Serve as an intermediary with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate clients’ access to essential resources.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to meet contractual obligations and promote organizational values within the broader community.
\n
• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to cultivate partnerships that enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and participating in relevant task forces.

• Uphold and integrate the agency’s mission and values into all interactions and client engagements.

• Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the center’s goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. Your role will be crucial in providing emotional support and guidance while connecting clients with community resources aimed at promoting holistic recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Two years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Current LCSW license in good standing with the Texas State License Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
