Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you will collaborate daily with Epsilon Sales, publicis agency partners, and internal cross‑functional teams to transform client business objectives into high‑performing media realities. This is an ideal role for a media professional who wants to be at the center of the action—bridging the gap between high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution. What You’ll Bring With You Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college or university. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success. Strong client service approach with a proven ability to manage collaborators and deliver compelling presentations. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort working with performance data to monitor campaign health and identify trends. Compensation Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws.
