We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. General Purpose We are looking for a Bookkeeper to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Bookkeeping responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases, and reconciling invoices. Responsibilities Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Create and update expense reports Process reimbursement forms Prepare bank deposits Enter financial transactions into internal databasesCheck spreadsheets for accuracy Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries. Maintain digital and physical financial records Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed Participate in quarterly and annual audits Filing Scanning and archiving Requirements and skills Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors Hands‑on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) Organization skills Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Benefits & Other Compensation This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
