Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active North Carolina OT license required
• Experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of pediatric development, sensory processing, and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists to create supportive learning environments
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
• Provide training and resources for staff and parents as needed
