Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and evaluate clients’ familial and individual dynamics by observing interactions and noting behaviors.

• Engage with clients to elucidate their perceptions of family disruptions, gaining insight into their relational challenges.

• Identify supportive community resources and environmental strengths that can facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Uncover underlying issues contributing to dysfunction within families and develop strategies to address these concerns.

• Support clients through their grieving processes and other emotional hardships, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques.

• Advise families on stabilizing home and educational environments to encourage positive outcomes.

• Generate comprehensive reports and documentation that can serve as reliable expert evidence in legal contexts, when required.

• Deliver balanced and authoritative expert testimony to ensure that clients’ needs and circumstances are accurately represented in legal proceedings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on families and couples navigating complex relational dynamics, as well as individuals seeking support for mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Must possess an active and valid LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of one year of supervised clinical experience, particularly in marriage and family therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
