As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing our business through authentic customer partnerships. You’ll use a consultative approach to understand client needs, deliver tailored steel solutions, and help shape the future of the industry. This is a full‑time, outside sales role where your expertise and energy will directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction. Impact: With a consistent, customer‑facing presence, this role will quickly strengthen Majestic’s visibility and position us to stand out and win in a highly competitive market What You’ll Do: Build and strengthen relationships with customers through on‑site visits, needs assessments, and consultative selling. Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets. Manage existing accounts to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth. Present Majestic’s products and value‑added services to educate and influence purchasing decisions. Analyze account performance and develop strategies to increase sales and market share. Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, procurement, and customer service—to deliver seamless customer experiences. Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer documentation. Represent Majestic at trade shows, product seminars, and industry events while staying informed on steel market trends and competitive activity. Other job‑related duties and special projects as assigned Who We’re Looking For: Education & Experience: Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum four (4) years of consultative sales experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Two (2) years of outside sales experience in steel, metal, or related industry Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows‑based applications Skills: Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong relationship builder who connects authentically with customers. Strategic, self‑motivated, and able to work independently with sound judgment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Additional: Must be able to work outside normal business hours as needed. Proven ability to work efficiently from a home office setting.
