Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies in individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to enhance efficacy and achieve positive outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support, offering immediate assistance and guidance to clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
