Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions, primarily through live video conferencing, tailored to the needs of individual adult clients.

• Collaboratively develop treatment plans and goals with clients, utilizing self-assessments and progress measures to adapt therapy based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Engage in regular consultations with psychiatric providers and team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Document session notes and treatment updates efficiently using our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, integrating treatment software for tracking progress and outcomes.

• Participate in weekly drop-in consultation sessions with clinic leadership to discuss challenging cases and enhance therapy techniques.

Your work will encompass a diverse adult population, including individuals grappling with various mental health disorders. You will actively engage with clients who may be experiencing elevated distress, and your ability to provide culturally responsive care will be essential in addressing their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work, with appropriate licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited program.

• At least one year of independent clinical experience as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

• A strong commitment to treating a wide array of populations, particularly those at higher risk.

Compensation and Benefits\n
