Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, leading to tailored treatment plans that promote effective healing.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to guide clients toward their mental health goals.

• Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, creating safe spaces where clients feel encouraged to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all client interactions are properly recorded.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create a holistic approach to client care, ensuring that treatment plans effectively address all aspects of the clients' lives.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest research and techniques in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
