Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methods, to guide clients through their therapeutic journey and support them in achieving their goals.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by attending regular team meetings and case rounds to discuss patient progress and coordinate care.

• Provide case management services that encompass direct consultation with community partners and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of treatment plans, assessments, and session notes, maintaining compliance with department standards and regulations.

• Facilitate workshops or group sessions to empower clients with tools and strategies for managing their mental health in a group setting when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from young children to older adults, each presenting with unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. You will work with diverse populations, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. By understanding each client's specific circumstances and cultural context, you will customize your therapeutic approach, facilitating a path toward recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of New Jersey is required.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, adapting to the needs of the client population and clinic schedule.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a related field is required, demonstrating your ability to provide effective therapeutic interventions.

• Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities, particularly evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
