Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete therapeutic care process for a defined group of patients, working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate needs and develop individualized care plans that focus on achieving optimal rehabilitation goals and enhancing patient engagement.
• Implement advanced treatment interventions and therapeutic techniques to support patients through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring adherence to established plans of care.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, appliances, and devices that can be utilized outside of therapy sessions, reinforcing the continuity of care.
• Prioritize and manage your caseload effectively, determining daily staffing needs and coordinating assignments, thereby ensuring optimal care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
