They read blueprints, adjust machine settings, and inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal to specificationsSet stops on machine beds, change dies, and adjust components, such as rams or power presses, when making multiple or successive passesMeasure completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications, using micrometers, gauges, calipers, or rulersRead work orders or blueprints to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, or dimensions and tolerancesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all timesOther related duties as requiredQualifications:We 're looking for candidates who have the foundation to succeed - whether you're an experienced operator or more entry level and ready to develop your skills.
