Description GardenCore is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work onsite in Peachtree Corners, GA . Key Responsibilities: Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit Manage candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities, which may require up to 20% travel Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records Requirements Experience (1+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, sales, customer service or HR, preferably in a corporate environment Understanding or wiliness to learn and implement sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed for recruitment events and meetings Willingness to learn and remain compliant of employment laws and best practices in hiring Compensation Hourly rate of $24.04 - $27.00 per hour Paid Time Off - 104 hours per calendar year (pro-rated in first year) 401k Plan Short Term and Long Term Disability benefits Nine paid Holidays per year What GardenCore Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About GardenCore GardenCore is a leading U.S. manufacturer of lawn and garden consumables, offering a broad portfolio of mulch, soil, stone, and lime products.
