Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLeading a team of recruiting managers and recruiters across multiple statesDeveloping and motivating the team to efficiently deliver essential KPI'sPartner with the Regional SLT to provide world class support and directionOwn the overall candidate experience and interview process for all departments in the regionFacilitate daily/weekly meetings with your team to discuss goals, candidate pipelines, and provide trainingForecast, track, and report on all recruiting metrics, current staffing, and upcoming hires for your teamHold yourself and the team accountable to the goals setAttend weekly Leadership meetings to ensure awareness of staffing projections for upcoming monthsPrioritizing “urgent items” – appropriate turnaround time to all internal/external customersContinuous support and ongoing interview training for our leaders in the fieldTravel is essential to support the business in state and outMinimum Requirements and QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree preferredProficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices5-7 years of recruiting experience is required, high-volume experience is a plus3-5 years of managing a team of recruiters is preferred1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is a plusHow You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
