Work Environment\n

This position allows for full-time remote work, which provides excellent flexibility for our counselors. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, communicating through telehealth platforms that streamline interactions with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the therapeutic needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions, addressing mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Use evidence-based methodologies to facilitate meaningful conversation and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients experiencing various emotional challenges, from those seeking short-term support to individuals requiring more extended therapeutic interventions. Respecting diversity, you will tailor your treatment modalities to accommodate clients from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required to ensure you meet professional licensing criteria.

• Possession of an active license, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, is essential for practicing in the state of California.

• At least two years of direct experience in a counseling capacity, specifically working with clients facing emotional or psychological challenges, is critical to provide quality care.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients is necessary for effective therapy.
