Associate Consultant, Executive Compensation & Strategy

OUR ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT ROLE Associate Consultants are the research and data analysis leads of our client service teams. Associates are skilled in solving problems with a clear and logical approach, executing data analysis, and sharing insights from analyses in materials (written) and meetings (verbal). Our Associates work on several ongoing client engagements at a time, and thus are responsible for proactively managing multiple workstreams to stay ahead and to effectively deliver great work for our clients. A staff of roughly 80 means you will know all of your colleagues and will work on multiple client teams with consistent exposure to and feedback from Partners and other senior leadership. Base compensation for this role is $100,000. We also provide an annual bonus competitive with other leading consulting firms. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
