Large Enterprise Account Executive

Overview Sprinklr is the AI‑native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified‑CXM), empowering brands to deliver extraordinary experiences at scale across every customer touchpoint. What You’ll Do Identify, negotiate and close large enterprise deals within a defined territory. Engage and consult with CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, EVPs and SVPs of top global brands to build solutions that enable them to win. Leverage superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify key decision makers and influencers. Listen actively, understand client needs and deliver solutions that meet expectations. Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and positively influence them. Seek new sales leads and business opportunities through networking and referrals. Continuously expand knowledge of the industry, market and competitors to secure a competitive sales edge. Solicit feedback from leaders, peers and clients to improve performance. Qualifications Top 10% of sales performers in current company or division. 6+years of sales experience, with at least 4years selling enterprise‑level software and closing complex SaaS deals. Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships that drive new business. Smart, nimble, with a work ethic second to none and a willingness to learn. Coachable and a strong advocate for customer experience. Deep understanding of how social‑media platforms influence large organizations. Compensation Salary range: $134,000 – $223,000. Base pay is based on experience, qualifications and location. Candidates may also qualify for discretionary bonus, commission and/or equity plans.
