About PCM Services Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Maryland (on-site) We are hiring a driven Business Development Representative to help grow our client base. This role focuses on prospecting, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email, and networking (cold calling is a key part of this role) Build and maintain relationships with property managers and owners Schedule meetings and present PCM Services’ offerings Support proposals, bids, and handoffs to operations teams Track activity in CRM and stay informed on market trends Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills Comfortable and confident with cold calling Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities B2B or construction-related experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
